DTZ advised in the process of concluding new lease agreements in MODO Fashion House
   DTZ negotiated lease agreements with sixteen fashion brands for MODO Fashion House, a shopping centre which is being constructed in Warsaw, 22 Łopuszańska Street.Several renowned fashion brands became new tenants of MODO Fashion House: Taboo, Silvian Heach, Blue Shadow, Bialcon, Kubenz, Twin, Lancerto, VITO VERGELIS, Ochnik, New Balance, Salomon, 4F, Moda Su, Maxima, Lavard, Mayoral.MODO Fashion House is the first Polish boutique retail centre. On its 16,000 sq m, well-established fashion brands will offer their products in 350 boutiques. The centre is currently under construction and will open in Autumn 2015.  “MODO offers a new concept, an alternative to existing shopping centres. Thanks to its innovative form, MODO allows new brands to mark their presence on the Warsaw market.
