BNP Paribas Real Estate advised elbfonds on the acquisition of funds for marcredo Center Kutno investment. The bank which provided capital was BNP Paribas Bank Polska.
marcredo Center Kutno is a shopping centre with an area of 15 984 square metres GLA. One complex includes a retail gallery with an area of 10 102 square metres GLA and a retail park with an area of 5 882 square metres GLA. The facility comprises a car park with 490 spaces. Among tenants are: H&M, Marcpol, Jysk, Media Expert, Reserved, Rossman or CCC.
marcredo Center Kutno is situated in the northern part of the city, at 73 Kościuszki street. Ca. 350 000 people live within the range of the shopping centre (up to 45 min. of car drive). marcredo Center Kutno is the only modern shopping center in Kutno.
