A cruise on the legendary Stefan Batory – the last Polish liner keeping regular cruises on the Atlantic – represented a fast and comfortable journey. The Warsaw Batory Office Buildings complex, inspired by name and architecture of the ship, is also beginning to be associated with comfortable and efficient commuting. This comes as a result of construction of the Salomea hub as well as modernization of the Al. Jerozolimskie and ul. Łopuszańska intersection the first stage of which has just been completed.
“The largest European business parks, including: Stockley Park (Great Britain), Sant Cugat Business Park in Barcelona (Spain), Birmingham Business Park (Great Britain) or the Utrecht Business Park (Holland), are characterized by their exceptionally favourable locations. They are located outside city centres while at the same time near large road hubs. The Warsaw Batory Office Buildings complex now joins the European forefront” – says Marc Lebbe, Managing Director at Liebrecht & wooD.
The Batory Office Buildings complex is a group of twin buildings located in the vicinity of the currently constructed Salomea hub and the modernized Al. Jerozolimskie and ul. Łopuszańska intersection. The Fryderyk Chopin Airport and the Central Railway Stations are within only a few kilometres distance away which provides additional attractiveness of the office complex belonging to Liebrecht & wooD.
Modernized a roundabout with traffic lights at the crossroads of Al. Jerozolimskie and Łopuszańska has just been opened.
Completion of new flyovers permitting a collision-free turn from Al. Jerozolimskie in the direction of Al. Krakowska as well as from Łopuszańska to Pruszków and Al. Jerozolimskie passage at the -1 level is planned for end of November 2011.
End of September will also see the commencement of the final stages of construction of the service route leading to intersection along Al. Jerozolimskie directly to the Batory Office Buildings. The route will be commissioned in November 2011. It will constitute an access road (designated as No 1 on the diagram) and an exit route from the property.
At the end of 2012 alternative access routes to the Batory Office Buildings (no. 2 and 3) from the side of ul. Krańcowa will receive a new image thanks to widening of ul. Kleszczowa and construction of a roundabout connecting it with ul. Krańcowa.
The Batory Office Buildings are located in the direct neighbourhood of a second hub – the Salomea – to be serviceable in June of 2012, prior to the Euro Championship. Salomea will assure the lessees of Batory Office Buildings convenient access to, among others, Warsaw’s south ring road and the S8 express road.
“We have moored the Batory in a superb location. Everyone who decides to set up offices here, will enjoy fast and efficient access to and from the workplace. The savings in travel time will permit any company to raise its sails. The office space of Batory Office Buildings II has already been leased in 60 per cent, so it is worth it to take a course on the new office” – adds Marc Lebbe.
